We are seeking individuals with experience in retail, sales, retention ALCOHOL KNOWLEDGE A MUST!
We are currently hiring professionals to work in the role of: Customer Service Representative. This team will also work in a camera's on environment also known as a virtual office.
RESPONSIBILITIES IN BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH:
Handle customer inquiries and complaint
Maximize every sales opportunity by upselling and cross-selling profitable products
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Increase customer retention by implementing creative problem-solving skills
Handle numerous customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and efficiently
PREFERRED SKILLS IN BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH::
Able to Identify issue/inquiry and what the following steps would be to handle.
Note/code the case file accordingly.
Follow policy and procedure set in place
Gathering all necessary information from the customer/consumer to determine next steps and great note taking
On occasion, set follow-ups or reach out for additional information
Familiarity using a CRM
Problem solving skills
Great written and Verbal Communication
