Job Title: Talent Sourcer Schedule: 5/2 Location: Midland, TX A successful candidate will exhibit characteristics that support the following: This position will consists of high volume sourcing and screening of Oil and Gas Technical related positions for a wide range of Oil and Gas Operators that span across multi states and serving clients in the mid and upstream sectors of the O&G Industry. This position will work closely with the assigned Talent Acquisition Lead in a high volume requisition environment. Essential Duties: Source for passive and active candidates, via a variety of social media forums, specific to Oil & Gas technical positions Conduct phone screens to ensure sourced talent/skillsets fit requirements to related position(s) Develop sourcing strategies to identify the most efficient and cost-effective recruiting methods Recruit/foster interest in the company to passive candidates Conduct initial phone screens with candidates Work heavily with respective Recruiters in identifying priority needs, sourcing projects and maintaining strong communications with assigned Recruiters/Staff Requirements: 1+ years of oil & gas recruiting and/or sourcing and screening experience preferred Must be bilingual (read, write, speak Spanish) Demonstrated applications knowledge using Oracle Software or related Software/Applicant tracking systems Experience developing strong sourcing strategies to identify quality passive and active candidates Ability to foster interest in the company to prospective candidates Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have a strong attention to detail Proficiency of MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Software Ability to thrive in a high volume environment and ability to change priorities and deadline items as needed Must be able to work overtime on an as needed basis
