Duties
Prepare job site for solar installation
Structurally mount racking and electrical equipment
Skillfully use power tools, ladders, and other equipment to complete solar installations
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Maintain inventory of equipment
Take responsibility for personal and electrical safety on the job site by following and enforcing all safety regulations
Other relevant duties as needed
Skills/Qualifications
Thrives in a team environment
Portrays a high level of professionalism
Has a positive and helpful demeanor
Comfortable climbing ladders, and working on rooftops
Experience working with hand tools and power tools
Ability to repeatedly lift 50-75lbs
Comfortable working long hours in extreme environments (cold, heat)
Clean driving record
Reliable transportation
Valid state driver's license
Compensation
This is a full-time position with an expected pay rate of $17-$19 per hour, DOE
