Overview
We are looking for call center agents to join our fast-growing team.
Our agents provide customer service to aid consumers in multiple verticals like Home Solar, Auto Insurance, Medicaid and Home Improvement.
What You'll Love About Us
Starting pay of $17.00 plus commission. Potential to exceed $50,000/yr
Options for medical, dental, and vision coverage available after 90-day probationary period.

What We'll Love About You
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
Passion for customer service
Must be able to commit to a fixed schedule, 20 hours a week at minimum, including nights, weekends, holidays, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
Must be able to work a shift between the hours of 7am - 6pm PST - we offer three different schedules - TBD at time of hire and discussed in initial interview
Must be able to work in a fast paced, structured, dynamic environment and high transaction environment, with the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
Possess a strong work ethic with a stable work history
Great communication skills
Desire a long-term career with growth
Openness to feedback and willingness to improve
Responsibilities
You'll interact with clients using various media channels; those channels may include inbound calls, inbound chats, or outbound calls, as dictated by business need .
Our current areas of customer service are in Home Solar, Medicare, and Auto Insurance. Experience in these verticals is NOT required.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Must be 18 years or older except where prohibited by law
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
Legal authorization to work in the US
Background screening required
