Curity is the technology foundation of Chen Med compromised of the nationally recognized value-based care medical groups Chen Senior Medical Center, Dedicated Senior Medical Center, JenCare Senior Medical Center, and IntuneHealthTM. For years our IT, Data, and Analytics teams have worked incredibly hard to build a suite of tools that enable our PCPs and Care Teams to deliver the best outcomes to patients every day. These technologies were previously known as ChenTech or CTech, but the name was rarely used. Now, we have new opportunities to commercialize and build upon our current tech.

WHAT WE DO
Curity is an all-in-one health care technology platform that enables population health through value-based care by synchronizing all data into a 360-view of the patient at the point of care. Far beyond billing and digital repositories, Curity alerts care teams to complex or overlooked issues; such as tests, referrals, social issues, spot missed potential diagnoses, and more. Curity provides actionable insights and tools that enable primary care physicians and their teams to achieve the best outcomes for their members. We develop the technology that is used to save lives in many leading value-based care organizations. We work with the doctors and their teams to help trouble-shoot and reimagine how technology can help the care providers focus on providing the best care available. The data and analytics we provide at the point of care drives better outcomes that makes the health care system work better and people live longer, healthier, happier lives.

WHAT YOU'LL GET
- Provide leadership, direction, and strategy to the software engineering team
- Contribute to technical designs, coding, and code reviews
- Deliver large scale project on-time with high quality and attention to detail and focus on speed
- Manage developer progress provide guidance and assistance as needed
- Collaborate with product team to evaluate estimate and validate requirements
- Collaborate with user experience team to deliver exceptional experiences in the applications
- Drive key process improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Software Development, Mathematics or a related field OR additional experience above the minimum will be considered in lieu of the required education on a year-for-year basis required.
- 4+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, Scala, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Angular, React.js, or Node.js
- 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks
- 7+ years of software development background
- Current experience as a manager of individual contributors
- Understanding of Java, Spring, SQL, relational database design, and microservices
