We are currently seeking a Part-Time Assistant Group Facilitator for our Social Skill Building Network Program. This program is designed to build social skills, enhance employability and explore educational options for people with disabilities. It will emphasize the areas of: developing appropriate social/behavioral skills to become employment ready, making social connections, and community participation. This program will consist of both group and individual format, which will utilize techniques of participation, practice and role playing. Responsibilities: + Assist with running group sessions + Some family contact + Assist with public outreach and transition fairs + Help with intakes for potential new participants + Conduct ISP reviews, complete case notes and other documentation Requirements: + BS in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field required + Master's in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field preferred + Prior experience providing group/individual counseling and/or vocational services to individuals with I/DD + Strong written/verbal skills + Driver's license required + New Jersey State drug test screening is mandatory Schedule: + 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Mondays and Wednesdays with some Friday availability Location: + Wayne, NJ + Parsippany, NJ Type: + Part Time Please visit our website at to learn more about the YAI Network.
