We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our corporate office in Dallas, Texas. The right candidate will be highly detail-oriented and organized individual who can manage multiple projects at a time with very strong communication skills. The candidate must also be able to problem-solve, be forward-thinking, and flexible in the role. This position will assist the Marketing Manager as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• General support as requested by the Marketing Manager
• Overall support of Marketing and Sales teams
• Order marketing materials from various vendors
• Maintain and replenish inventory of marketing collateral
• Update website and field materials with necessary changes
• Respond/forward emails in the marketing inbox to appropriate recipients
• Forward leads to the appropriate salespeople
• Assist with social media and various other marketing activities
• Schedule photoshoots and update photos as directed
• Assemble warranty packets and other print materials
• Periodic audits as requested

• 1-2 Years of experience and/or education in marketing related activities
• Education in Marketing-related field - degree and/or certifications
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite Products, Adobe Creative Products)

• Team-player and detail-oriented
• Experience in graphic design
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
• Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
