The Mobile Security Team Lead provides supervision and guidance to the Mobile Security Officers. They provide exceptional customer service to the residents and Patrol clients that are under contract with AAA Smart Home Security.

Essential Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service to the Mobile Security Officers, residents and Patrol clients at all times
• Supervise the Mobile Security Officers on the assigned shift and assist other Mobile Security Team Leaders when necessary
• Assist the Sr. Mobile Patrol Officer with training new Mobile Security Officers when necessary
• Point of contact for Mobile Security Officers when they have questions on process or procedure
• Assist when Mobile Security Officers need guidance on the day to day duties of the job
• Follow "Post Orders" and ensure Mobile Security Officers follow those orders
• Interact with and assist clients, tenants, merchants and vendors as needed based on site specific needs of the property.
• Interact with police, fire and first responders as relates to emergency activities in the community and respond to emergencies in accordance with Post Orders
• Document performance issues and communicate to the Security Manager.
• Schedule and shift planning for assigned location(s);
• Proper and timely completion of Incident Reports
• Proper and timely completion of all other forms associated with patrol
• Prepare and submit necessary information/data for monthly reports
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• 2 years of uniformed patrol security experience is required
• Security Supervisory experience is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Desire to help customers and provide exceptional customer service with every interaction
• Effective listening skills with the ability to respond professionally and empathetically
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Must have the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
• Intermediate computer skills

Education & Experience / Licenses & Certification

• High school diploma or equivalent GED
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must obtain and maintain an Arizona Security Card Certification (Guard Card)
• Must have a valid Arizona Drivers License and satisfactory 39 month driving record
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
  

Working Conditions

• Must be able to lift and or move up to 50 pounds. Required to sit or stand for extended periods of time and must be able to walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
• Must be able to work and drive in severe weather conditions. Ability to drive for two (2) or more hours uninterrupted; Ability to enter/exit the patrol vehicle safely numerous times during a scheduled work shift; Ability to stand for two (2) or more hours uninterrupted.
