Up to $10,000 Signing Bonus

JESCO has openings for technicians with a minimum of 1-2 years experience troubleshooting and repairing small engine construction, landscaping and underground equipment. JESCO is the exclusive Ditch Witch dealer for the North East region and has immediate openings at our Shrewsbury, MA facility.

As a Ditch Witch Technician with JESCO you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repair, routine maintenance and pre-delivery inspections of new equipment. Those with automotive, forklift, lawn or turf equipment or other similar technical experience are encouraged to apply.

JESCO provides extensive hand on and virtual training and up to a $10,000 sign on bonus or a tool credit for qualified candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associates degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience performing service repairs (small engine).
• Ability to perform complex repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in small equipment.
• Ability to lift at least 75lbs. repeatedly.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a clean driving record
