Site Manager

Location: San Jose, CA

Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 + 15% Bonus

Description:

This person will be working as the site manager for a clean specialty chemical manufacturing site in San Jose, CA. This site produces specialty chemicals for pharmaceutical and electronic material clients and delivers them via pipeline and truck, my client has done very well for themselves recently and is investing heavily into the site. This person will be directly supervising 3 supervisors with 24 indirect reports. They will also be doing process optimization such as improving the training program for new employees. You will also be heavily involved with the business side of things with regular interaction with customers. My client is looking to bring someone on that they can promote to a higher position within the company.

Minimum Requirements:

• B.S. Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
  
  
  
  • Non degreed candidates with 20+ years experience will be considered
  
  
  
  


• 10+ years of experience out of Manufacturing
  
  
  
  • Industries that will be given preference include chemicals, pharmaceuticals, foods, steel, etc.

  • Candidates could be current Production Supervisors, Operation Managers, or Plant Managers
