Salary - $45,000 - $50,000 Annually PLUS Monthly Performance Based Bonus

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

A. Daily Operations

Ensure day to day operations are running smoothly and safely
Maintain knowledge of both Wash Attendant and CSA positions
Continually improve knowledge of equipment
Conduct daily preventative maintenance tasks to prolong life of equipment
Monitor chemical levels daily
Keep open communication throughout organization

B. Customer Satisfaction

Ensure customer satisfaction in all areas
Maintain a clean and organized booth, office, wash bay, and premises
Respond to customer questions, complaints, and incident reports within specified timeframe

C. Profits

Maintain and control labor percentage
Ensure maximum throughput in wash tunnel through training
Manage all cash on site including bank deposits and Auto Sentry reconciliation
Complete management reports as required

D. Employee Success

Recruit, staff and train all new team members
Create weekly schedules within payroll guidelines
Delegate tasks to employees during downtime
Increase number of tasks each employee can complete
Ongoing training for all team members
Complete disciplinary action for team members as needed
