We are currently hiring for a Service Technician to work in the Kemmerer and Cokeville, WY and Randolph, UT areas. Our Service Technicians are the face of the company. We believe each customer interaction is an opportunity to delight the customer; we do that by assisting them with all of the following (and then some!):
Responsibilities:
Install new services purchased by customer and ensure they are fully functioning
Test, troubleshoot, and repair broadband, television, and telephone services
Assist with mainline troubleshooting and repair
Restore services due to unpredictable events
Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent
One-year telecommunications/electronics/RF coaxial systems experience, preferred
Associate degree in electronics or network management, preferred
Previous experience troubleshooting
Valid driver's license and a good driving record
Pay starts at $21.50, but an experienced tech has higher earning potential! Regular salary increases, excellent work/life balance and an opportunity to work in the community in which you live!
