Full Time Service Technician Needed!!

$18-$27hr (based on experience)

Full Benefits & 401k

Monday-Friday 1 st Shift

7am-3pm (need to be flexible on end of workday times based on project)

40hrs (ability to work overtime when needed)

The Day-to-Day:

• Responsible for supporting customer warranty service repairs on new and existing homes and additional job duties as assigned.
• Interact with customers, construction site managers, builders, sales professionals, and operations teams.
• Deliver and unload needed job materials to new and existing home sites.
• Have Fun & Enjoy what you do!

Skill Set:

• Carpentry Skills & Experience
  • Interior Trim (Installing Cabinets)
  • Exterior Trim (Installing Corner Window Trim & Hand Plank Siding)
  • Framing (Construction of Walls, Floors & Roofs)
• Ability to lift 50-80lbs on average (team lift when needed)
• Ability to communicate professionally, be a team player, be a problem solver
• Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, crouch, reach, climb and balance
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent training/experience
• Attention to Detail & Accuracy
