A snapshot of some of the things you will lead and do:
Tending automatic and semi-automatic equipment including set-up, change overs, and adjustments as necessary.
Investigates equipment abnormalities or malfunctions and troubleshoots or engages the maintenance team where necessary.
Follows production and process specifications and performs routine repairs and adjustments on equipment.
What you will bring:
You have strong mechanical skill and abilities and may have a mechanical, electronics or robotic technology diploma from a recognized university or college OR equivalent experience in relevant industry
You are a team player who is willing to learn new tasks
You are able to read, write and communicate in English
You are comfortable handling or working around raw poultry products
You are able to work in compliance with GMPs, HACCP, Health & Safety and WHMIS requirements
Able to work in a fast-paced work environment with repetitive tasks in a wide range of environmental conditions
