Compensation and Benefits We Offer:
Our average hourly repair technicians earn between $18-$20 per hour in wages and repair incentives, with some above $22. Our highly competitive repair technician compensation package consists of base pay, weekend shift differential, and individual repair incentives. ALL NEW HIRES receive up to $19 per hour training pay for their first 3 months.

Primary Job Duties for Repair Technicians:
Diagnose and Repair broken Cell Phones and Tablets
Installing batteries into Vehicles, Equipment, and Devices
Performing Automotive Key Cutting and Programming Services
Building and Repairing Custom Battery Packs
Supporting our Sales Team with advanced technical knowledge
Providing store support in areas of operations such as inventory, recycling, organization, equipment maintenance, etc.
Providing support services to backup our sales staff with customer service, answering phone calls, pulling customer orders, etc.
Qualifications for Repair Technicians:
Must be able to work a 40 hour work week that includes Saturday and Sunday shifts.
Good listening and verbal communication skills.
Customer service skills.
Ability to gain quick and solid understanding of company's electronic POS, cross reference, and work order management system.
Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines with multiple tasks and projects.
Ability to calculate simple math and percentages.
Strong eyesight and technical aptitude required for various types of repair work we offer.
Valid driver's license and ability to get to area stores.
Must be able to lift 50 + lbs. to eye level.
Repair Technician Schedule:
This is a Full Time position with an average of 40 hours per week over 5 shifts
Schedules are published 3 weeks in advance to help provide a stable predictable working environment
All Shifts are DAY SHIFT with the latest ending at 7 PM
Working shifts include weekdays and weekend days - Weekend Shifts include a Shift Differential!
All Shifts are worked in a Retail Store Setting

To equip you for the job, we offer hands-on and online training with certifications in areas of repair including Level 1 and 2 WISE Certifications.
