The Premier Collection is a rapidly growing automotive group with locations in New York and Connecticut looking to add full-time Service Greeter for our Central Nyack Mazda location. Looking for a friendly face with out going personality to join our team. You are the first person that greets our customers, making that huge first impact and welcoming our customers into the family.

Responsibilities:.

• Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions and directs them to the appropriate person or location.
• Controls service traffic flow and parking.
• Determines if customers coming into service have contacted us prior to arrival. Records customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage and existing vehicle damage.
• Assists lot attendant with duties at the service counter.
• Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow etc.
• Maintains a professional appearance, uniforms are provided
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• No experience required. WE WANT TO TRAIN YOU!
• Positive attitude
• Dedication to high level of customer service
• Ability to communicate naturally and effectively with customers
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record is a MUST
