Role Owns the North America and Engineering & Manufacturing service design principles across the supply chain and ensure that what is designed meets the business service needs.

Key Accountabilities:

• Own the service design principles across the supply chain and ensure that what is designed meets the business service needs for North America and E&M
• Define the Rolls-Royce service solution standards (service solution architecture)
• Review & support development of Solution Architectures and Technical Architectures to assure they have been designed for availability
• Mandate and Govern alignment of Service Management processes to deliver end-to-end services and service Levels to meet agreed business requirements.
• Define & maintain delivery standards & continual improvement of Service Management processes.
• Establish operational performance management across new Business Services/Solutions from all Supply Chain vendors including SaaS and BPO

Basic Requirements:

• Associate degree in Engineering/math/computers preferred with 7+ years, OR
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/math/computers preferred with 5+ years, OR
• Master's degree in in Engineering/math/computers preferred with 3+ years OR
• JD/PhD, OR
• 9+ years of in Engineering/math/computers preferred in lieu of degree
