Partner with the best

You will work within the Completions & Well Intervention group in Baker Hughes Oilfield Services business and this is a key role for the success of Well Intervention operations in Permian, South Texas, East Texas, and Oklahoma. This position will coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries in line with customer expectations.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator - Well Intervention you will be responsible for:

• Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars
• Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon, coordinate and monitor all job activities as outlined in managing the Job Cycle across organizational boundaries
• Acting as primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out and be familiar with the assigned client's process for MOC / escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the clients objectives (examples clients asking for Baker Hughes to operate outside of product specifications, client asking Baker Hughes to execute work in way that is not aligned with the company SOP)
• Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash
• Coordinating and supervising activities of service or technical personnel via personnel assignments, job or project management, administration and technical support
• Managing multiple or single products /services

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or relevant working experience
• Have an understanding of Through Tubing Fishing and Conventional Fishing services
• Demonstrate relevant experience in supervision, coordination of Well Intervention (Conventional Fishing, Casing Exit, Through Tubing Fishing, and Wellbore Clean Up) operations
