The Service Delivery Coordinator ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue. Provide profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution. Ensure on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator - Field Services Operations, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution
• Interacting with the customer service managers on issues escalation Interface with the customer service managers on issues escalation
• Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon
• Coordinating and monitoring all job activities across organizational boundaries
• Being responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements
• Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Have a high school diploma/GED with good experience in services.
• Demonstrate good experience in Resource Management
• Be able to demonstrate experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Able to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
• Excellent communication skills
• Be able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
