We are looking for 1-2 highly motivated Service Advisors to join our team. We are one of the largest volume Ford Stores in Washington (45 bays and a massive truck shop - we have more senior master technicians than all neighboring stores combined). There is no slow season here. The volume here is significant and as a result we compensate our employees accordingly. Ford dealership experience would be ideal, but not required. Titus-Will continues to be the best of the best year after year since 1938 and that is a direct reflection of our employees. Having happy employees creates a better experience for our customers.
