Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Systems Engineer. This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) program. As a Systems Engineer on this team, you will support a team of engineers to define, develop, decompose, analyze, verify, and validate requirements for weapon system. In this role, you will be supporting program leadership and the customer to define and maintain the technical baseline. Ultimately, you will support the program through maturity and milestones to achieve the mission by ensuring teams are aware of the compliance requirements they will need to meet.
Candidates should be highly motivated engineers who can work both independently and in team environments.

Basic Qualifications:
Salary Range: $71,100 USD - $106,700 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline
- A minimum 2 years of related system engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree; 0 years with a Master's
- U.S. Citizenship with an Active DoD Secret clearance (or higher) and eligible for Special Access Program Clearance (DoD clearance awarded or reviewed in the last 6 years)
- Experience in systems engineering and verification planning
- Familiar with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Requirement management
- Experience with ICBM programs
- Extensive MBSE experience
- Experience with DOORS and CAMEO tools
- Experience with Environments and Design Integration
- Experience with Agile Development
- Good leadership and communication skills with the ability to brief Segment, Program and Customer leadership
