Northrop Grumman Space Systems will be seeking Test Engineers at multiple levels at Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA and will support the Sentinel program. We anticipate hiring in the following subsets of Test Engineering: Flight Test, Ground Test, Telemetry, Post-Boost Attitude Control, Payload, Booster, Operations and more.

Salary Range: $74,900 USD - $171,500 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
