Southern California based real estate development and construction firm that specializes in commercial developments, mixed use and multifamily luxury condominiums is seeking a Senior Superintendent to join their team. The Superintendent will support new ground up multi-family development project. The primary responsibility will be to manage, in collaboration with the Project Manager, the successful completion of assigned projects. The Superintendent is the lead for job site safety, quality control, and project schedule and is the liaison for all subcontractors and consultants on all field and constructability issues. This position reports to the Project Executive and Developer.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 - 20 years of experience as a Foreman, Superintendent, or equivalent role, in the years of experience
• Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or related field, preferred. field, preferred.
• Superintendent candidates must have a solid understanding of the construction industry, job site safety requirements, planning and scheduling, building trades and sequence of industry, job site safety requirements, planning and scheduling, building trades and sequence of work, and relevant work, and relevant technology.
• Key competencies are leadership, initiative, communication, teamwork, managing for results, and coaching & mentoring.
