The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of recent experience in Residential Design, must reside in Texas (willingness to travel to sites as needed) and have a current PE License in Texas. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for producing plans and details, interacting with clients, performing field inspections, and helping with training and mentoring other staff members.

What You Will Be Doing
- The Structural Engineer will be responsible for producing plans and details, interacting with clients, performing field inspections, and helping with training and mentoring other staff members.
- Structural Analysis and design for residential and multi family structures.
- Create structural design drawings and details.
- 5 or more years of experience in Structural Engineering role
- 5+ years of recent Residential Design experience
- Commercial and/ or multi family design experience is a plus
- Must reside in Texas
- Must be willing to travel
- Current PE License in Texas (plus if you have your PE in multiple states)
- Knowledge of local building codes and requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- Competitive Base Salary + Bonuses ($140k-$175k)
