Job Details

We are looking for a hands-on Staff Level Engineering Manager, fluent in .Net tech stack or Java. Successful candidates will have roughly 3-7 years managing backend focused engineers in a high growth environment and collaborating with other departments like product and design, EngSec, Data, and more.

• 10+ years of software engineering with experience in .Net tech stack or using Java with a focus on backend engineering
• Strong microservices experience is a must. Ideally you have broken down monolithic apps or created a new microservices architecture from scratch.
• Must have AWS experience
• Knowledgeable about algorithms, data structures, and best practices
• Understanding how to create modular APIs and have a solid understanding of the backend process
• Experience managing a small-team while remaining hands-on as a manager
