3E Company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead to join the team in Carlsbad, CA. The staff is looking to add more talent to develop new products with the latest technologies. You will have the opportunity to work on the full MS stack - UI, middle tier, database, and web services. You will also get the opportunity to develop applications targeting Amazon AWS cloud platform. If you have at least 5+ years of experience with C# or JAVA and know how to get things done, read on!

The Software Engineer Team Lead is responsible for their team's execution, the quality they produce, delivery management, team culture, performance management, and overall growth of the people on the team. Teams sizes range from 4 to 6 people which leaves time for significant hands-on work. Qualifications
- Experience as a hands on developer and Team Lead practicing agile methodologies
- Solid knowledge of developing applications using C#/JAVA, having previously worked in an enterprise environment.
- One or more years of hands-on experience designing and maintaining a Cloud (AWS/Azure) -based application
- Self motivated with clear verbal communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to build relationships with your team and peers
- Demonstrable track record of transparency and accountability
- Knowledge of software design/architecture principals
- Fluency with .NET framework/JDK, Visual Studio and TFS/Git
- Proficient in C#/JAVA, MVC, ASP.NET/JDK, JavaScript, jQuery
- Fluency with Relational database design and development
- AWS Certification
- Environmental, Health and Safety, Chemistry or Chemical knowledge
- Experience with automation and machine learning technologies
- Experience working within Agile frameworks (XP, Scrum)
