As a Senior Services Excitation Tech Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing an effective technical leadership presence to support communication, conflict resolution, and a collaborative approach to reach strategic goals.
- Collaborating with SMEs, in cross-functional teams, to develop and maintain certification and qualification programs based on instructional design and skill development.
- Maintaining a network of Excitation FE experts to support Services overall global communication, for product specific notification.
- Leading development of growth initiatives for Nexus Controls services to build business initiatives.
- Supporting field service mobilizations for first of a kind installation for NPI and critical Customer Issue Resolution.
- Leading the mentorship of next generation Field Services Personnel.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 year's experience)
- Have 10 years of controls and power plant operations experience
- Experience in on GE Exe systems, Static starting systems Lse systems, or AVR Systems
- Able to fluently speak and write in English
- Have experience in leading and organizing teams
Desired Characteristics
- Navy Nuclear training is a plus

- The pay range for this role will be in our Senior Professional Band with an annual pay range starting at $110,00 USD to $115,000 USD.
- You will be eligible to participate in the Baker Hughes Fullstream Short-term incentive program applicable for the above position. The actual payout for your short-term incentive award will be based on company and individual performance and is contingent upon Baker Hughes achieving pre-determined financial results.
