Job Overview

USD95,000-USD130,000 + Prepare detailed bid packages and comprehensive proposals in collaboration with the marketing and leadership teams + Prepare and administer general contractor/subcontractor agreements, identify and coordinate changes in project scope and complete regular Project Cost Projections & Reports. + Maintain necessary controls of projects utilizing budgeting, estimating, and scheduling. + Analyze workflows, processes & production- and problem solve to resolve any potential issues. + Promote safety and encourage safe work practices and enforce quality controls. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants._ + Minimum of 5-10 years progressive commercial construction experience. + Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field + Multifamily Wood Experience + Comfortable with the tools utilized in our industry including but not limited to: estimating, scheduling and project management software packages (Pro-Core, SAGE, Microsoft Office & Project etc.) + Proficient in reading and understanding architectural drawings, specifications and technical standards. + Detail-oriented with strong communication, problem solving skills. + Demonstrates initiative, leadership, and mentoring / team building + Demonstrate honesty, integrity and professionalism in all interactions. + Design-build experience and familiarity with development process a plus (preferred not required) + Possess a valid driver's license and must pass background & substance screening per company policy and procedure.
