Description:

Participate in strategic business planning; developing strategic positioning plan for company and project pursuits to win work within the healthcare market. Create and produce internal and external communications, marketing/branding/advertising materials and presentations specific to the healthcare market. Coordinate prequalification efforts with targeted customers and partners. Function as the liaison between business development, pre-construction, and marketing. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners including, but not limited to: targeted customers, design professionals, partner companies, community leaders, utilities, equipment manufacturers, and engineering firms. Determine which organizations to collaborate with and establish relationships with small, women and minority businesses, unions, contractor and community-based organizations. Become familiar with customer's project estimates to facilitate discussion with customer. Complete Request for Proposals with 100% accuracy and compliance with the owner's specifications. Lead team members by example, offer effective coaching and feedback, and effectively manage performance. Attend and host healthcare community events and meetings Ability to lead and manage multiple projects of any size projects simultaneously inside construction settings. Provide professional leadership in negotiation and problem resolution during the project. Execute due diligence reviews of projects progress with internal and external parties. Produce and execute project schedules with milestones and critical paths, coordinating with project teams. Perform accurate subcontractor and supplier scope analysis Accurately perform complete construction estimates and present to customers.
