Summary As a Senior Project Manager, you will provide guidance, direction and resources in various design projects to satisfy the Food Processing Plants' needs while maintaining a satisfactory cost-benefit ratio, and complying with safety, environmental and quality standards. You will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of engineers as they develop, test, modify, and create solutions to technical problems. We are looking for someone to provide technical direction to the engineering team. You will have an opportunity to work cross-functionally by working with other facilities to address technical and compliance issues as they occur. Key Responsibilities Confer with higher levels of management. Review, approve, or modify product designs. The director has the duty to oversee the process of the development of the budget so needs to implement approved engineering budgets and monitor actual expenses to ensure they fall within budgets. Present the engineering plans, progress status updates and stationers to project stakeholders and financiers. Supervise and lead engineers. Ensure the success in meeting respective objectives and goals timely. Hire, train, and mentor other engineers and supporting staff. Make detailed plans to accomplish group goals. Analyze the budget expenses and incomes. Oversee the research and development of new products and procedures.
