What You Will Be Doing
The ideal candidate will have experience in the pre-construction process from bidding, change management, to final cost/closeout review of projects. You will be working with the project management team to improve profitability of projects while managing documentation, RFI and procurement processes, and manage invoices/billing.

What You Need for this Position
At Least 2 Years Of Experience
- Bachelors in Construction
- Experience obtaining contracts, bonds and all necessary permits
- Ability to manage invoicing, scheduling, and subcontracting price agreements
- Experience with bidding, cash flow management, and final project cost
- Proficiency in P6 and Microsoft Office
- Experience in commercial, affordable housing, multifamily preferred
- Salary: $80-92K DOE
