Description:

This company is looking for a Senior Project Designer to join there team to support their K/12, Educational, and Institutional projects. This design professional will focus on creating design solutions and developing planning and design concepts for projects, including but not limited to design research, programming, establishing design concept, and working as part of team to resolve design issues. This candidate will be creating project designs, executing plans for all phases of projects and coordinating building design consultants while monitoring drawings. Additionally they will be developing solutions and creating project designs and plans, initiating and creating project designs and plans of all phases of one or more projects and has responsibility for preparing presentation and design drawings. A candidate fit for this position will have experience seeing all phases of architecture and engineering, including substantial and varied experience in project planning.

Must Haves:

10+ years of experience.

Experience working on K-12/Educational projects.

Responsible for project design.

Ability to lead other team members.

Revit or AutoCAD

Bachelor's degree in Architecture
