We are seeking a senior MEP Project Manager to help build and grow our MEP team in Phoenix, AZ.


Responsibilities


Responsibilities


  • Project Management role is in conjunction with lead engineer responsibilities.
  • Requires the ability to oversee the HVAC design of projects from concept to completion, including continuous interface with the design team and clients.
  • Proven design experience with comfort and HVAC systems and related controls
  • Proven design experience with plumbing systems including water, sewer, and gas
  • Experience producing engineering and energy studies including comcheck, Title 24
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and critical thinking ability
  • Write responses to Requests for Proposals and Requests for Qualifications for various clients and marketing opportunities
  • Ability to work individually or in a multi-discipline team
  • Mentor and coordinate the work of designers and other technical staff on various mechanical or multi-discipline projects
  • Manage and deliver tasks under minimal supervision and guidance


Requirements


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering (advanced degrees are a plus) or Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering (BSAE) required
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Revit experience preferred
  • PE- State of Arizona
