Senior Marketing Coordinator: Under supervision of the Director of Marketing
The marketing professional is expected to support and collaborate with fellow marketing proposal specialists when needed and work on special projects as required. Must be comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced, multi-task environment while still producing quality, error-free work. Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills. Proven oral and written communication skills a must. Must be thoroughly familiar with most current editions of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
3-4 years of proposal experience and in the A/E/C industry preferred. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who recognizes that this is a growth opportunity given proven performance. The successful candidate will excel at working with multiple contributors to projects and managing diverse relationships in the workplace.
Senior Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
Be able to support and collaborate with fellow marketing proposal specialist when needed and work on special projects. Must be self-motivated, team player who provides a full range of support for the firm's marketing needs. Position requires strong attention to detail with organized approach and relies on ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks to meet specific deadlines.

Maintain master resumes by inputting projects in progress and complete, awards, certifications/training, education and promotions (if any)
Create resumes for new hires inputting their previous project experience and awards, certifications/training, education, and promotions (if any)
Project Profiles
Create a project profile by inputting scope of work from the RFP as soon as the project is awarded
Interview the team for project profile details
