Senior Quality Engineering Manager:

An exciting opportunity has emerged with a cutting-edge medical technology company, who focus on innovations that promote improvements in transfusion therapy. The company is committed to supporting the transfusion medicine community to improve patient care.

The Senior Quality Manager position is a crucial role in providing Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions support. Looking for someone with the ability to manage across function and multidisciplinary projects within the FDA validation.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain ERP and PLM systems in terms of quality function.

• Execute internal audits and provide support of internal/external audits and inspections.

• Participate in product development and risk assessment activities, including facilitating the pFMEA process.

• Be proactive in identifying quality issues from supplier and manufacturing operations and recommend appropriate corrective action.

• Oversee inspection activities while documenting inspection and testing methods in process and finish product acceptance activities.

Qualifications:

• Education requirement of a Bachelors in STEM or Engineering

• 5+ years of experience working knowledge with FDA QSR and ISO 13485

• 5+ years of experience with managing a Quality team (hiring/performance/setting goals/leadership)

• Experience with FDA-regulated medical device industry is required
