Senior Manager Maintenance

Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this dynamic role you will provide leadership and oversight to Integrated Service Providers along with the Site Engineering, Metrology, Maintenance Planning, Reliability Engineering and will report to the Director of Engineering. Responsibilities include:
- Managing maintenance activities and leading maintenance department improvement initiatives throughout the site. Responsible for ensuring implementation of a compliant, effective, efficient, and cost appropriate maintenance program.
- Provide leadership, mentoring and technical expertise to a team of 5 to 15, planners, schedulers, engineers, and technicians.
- Lead and coordinate Integrated Service Provider (ISP) for ATC delivering Integrated Facilities Management services, spare parts for operations, and pest control program.
- Manage and lead the maintenance planning, metrology, and reliability team.
- Lead the site's Central Utilities systems maintenance programs.
- Responsible for leading all aspects of the supply of uninterrupted services to the site's operations.
- Ensure the Central Utilities are operated and maintained consistent with federal laws and regulations.
- Manage and monitor the maintenance work order and asset management program.
- Onboard personnel and integrated service providers to support warehouse, cafeteria, janitorial, spare parts, and facility services for the AOH site.
- Set deadlines for achieving milestones for the commissioning of the new site.
- Participate in global networks such as: reliability, maintenance optimization, pest control, and calibration control.
- Support commissioning and qualification activities for facility operational readiness.
- Frequently interacts with clients senior management and/or functional peer group managers to translate client needs into initiatives.
- Drive operational efficiencies through cross functional collaboration assessment and execution of opportunities.
- Participate in network and governance teams to drive alignment and share standard processes.
- Ensure effective change management for scope changes.
- Provide cross functional support of maintenance manager roles in manufacturing operations area.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve equipment reliability and minimize impact of maintenance activities to ongoing operations.
- Provides leadership and direction to staff based on organizational objectives and corporate policies and procedures
- Travel up to 25% domestic

Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree OR
- Masters degree and 3 years of maintenance or vendor management experience OR
- Bachelors degree and 5 years of maintenance or vendor management experience OR
- Associate degree and 10 years of maintenance or vendor management experience OR
- High school diploma / GED and 12 years of maintenance or vendor management experience AND
- Experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in vendor management and managing outsource service providers
- Strong technical knowledge in building systems and knowledge of cGMP requirements as they relate to operations and facility maintenance
- Ability to build working relationships and effectively partner cross-functionally, cross-regionally and at all levels in the organization
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in asset care or maintenance management
- Strong conflict management and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex tasks
- Strong leadership, sound judgment and decision-making skills, proven team development, and proactive in leading and driving process improvement across large cross functional teams and presenting to senior management
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving ability and coordination of complex projects
- Ability to partner with and manage service providers. A change agent that can build cross-functional support across a large network
- Experience with root cause analysis (RCA) facilitation
- Self-starter with a high degree of initiative
- Highly motivated and able to work effectively under minimal supervision
- Team-oriented, placing priority on the success of the organization and the business
