' data-responsibilities='Manage the Engineering Change Control process by reviewing the proposed changes across the engineering teams (ME, EE, etc.) and provide approval for the changes; Communicate the engineering changes to the customer and plan the implementation of the changes (when applicable) in the field machines across multiple sites; Manage the Bill of Materials for multiple development products for design revisions, incorporate customer requirements, documentation completeness, etc.; Regular coordination with cross-functions business teams (Procurement, Sales, Accounting, etc.) for completing the project deliverables on schedule; and participate and provide inputs related to the machine architecture, layouts, resource requirements, realistic design timeline, etc. for the new product launches. In order to complete the above-mentioned tasks, the following skills and experience are required: Understanding of physical principles governing machine behavior; Experience with mechanical measurements such as motion accuracy, force, temperature, vibration, pneumatics; Ability to methodically analyze complex problems and determine root cause; Ability to develop customized software tools for analysis using MATLAB and C++; Understanding of system error budgeting' data-requirement='Experience overseeing and managing a team of other design engineers and designers; and Experience in managing Overall Bill of Material and Design documentation readiness. Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related field, and at least five (5) years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer or related occupation.
