We are seeking Senior HVAC Service Technicians to service, maintain, repair, and overhaul large tonnage chiller systems that range in size from 100 to 3750 tons (manufactured by: Carrier, McQuay, Trane, and York). We work for quality equipment owners in the Baltimore/Washington area in the hospital, biotech, defense, hotel, retail, industrial manufacturing, and property management industry sectors. Our services include: preventative maintenance, overhauls, emergency repairs, refrigerant conversions, ASHRAE-15 plant upgrades, and installation of new equipment.
Our ideal candidate:
5-10 years commercial/industrial HVAC/R experience is preferred
Experience servicing centrifugal, screw and reciprocating chillers
Universal Refrigerant Certification
Journeyman License
Exceptional troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service skills
Valid Driver's License, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check
