Primary responsibilities of a Senior Electrical Engineer include analysis and engineering design of electrical systems for components of building construction projects for KCL Engineering Clients. Provide electrical design and consulting services by taking an active role in creating design concepts while working with other engineers and other disciplines in AutoCAD and REVIT.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Participate in project interviews.
• Conduct field surveys for new or proposed projects.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the client's business and an in-depth knowledge of responsibilities and relationships between owner, consultant, contractors, and suppliers in order to protect client's interest.
• Perform design calculations and code research. Create drawings and utilizing computer aided design programs.
• Supervise and provide support to engineers and designers.
• Create schematic, design development, and construction documents.
• Make site visits to perform job site observations. Including during construction phases.
• Participate and lead quality control reviews.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree Preferred, but not required
• PE License Preferred, but not required
• Minimum seven (7) years experience
