They're looking to hire a Senior Director of Operations & Engineering to support their current state of exponential growth for their site operations in Austin, TX. You'll be focused on leading and inspiring a team of 600 towards improving Yield, Defectivity, and Productivity at the site.

This role is focused on leading half of the fab via 8 direct reports across business areas such as Engineering & Operations. You'll need to be comfortable being a key leader for a site responsible for manufacturing a wife variety of semiconductor products.
