The Role you will play:

Responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems.

• Chilled water systems including chiller, pumps, cooling towers and associate control valves, piping and operation controls


• Boiler System including low pressure steam and hot water boilers, expansion tanks, pumps and controls


• Large rooftop package direct expansion equipment (Intellipak, etc.)


• Commercial air handling units and exhaust systems


• DDC controls knowledge (a plus)


• Communicate with customer and interoffice in a courteous and professional manner

What the ideal candidate needs:

• 9+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician at least 5 years commercial experience


• HVAC Certification (certificate or degree from an accredited school)


• EPA Universal


• Experience with Chillers, Boilers, Cooling tower, larger commercial equipment


• Good written and oral communication skills


• Customer Service Skills and the ability to work with others and be a team player


• Solid Problem-Solving Skills


• Must be able to comply with companys Drug Free Workplace policy


• Good Driving Record
