Description:

- Sr. Engineer will assist in mentoring, coaching and training staff to ensure continuous development of bench strength within the team.

- Strong interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication abilities are essential.

- The ability to earn trust and respect and persuade and guide people to solutions that best meet the client needs and the firm's business objectives

- This position is viewed as an active engineering role involving planning, design, construction administration, oversight, management, and direct involvement in the Lincoln office management/oversite as well.
