Cybernetic Search has been tasked with finding a Senior CEMS Field Service Technician on behalf of a CEMs environmental consulting company. This is an in person position located in South Bay, California

You will:

• Provide their customers with easy to use, high quality, reliable compliance and process monitoring equipment
• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on all types of process analyzers and equipment, coordinating work with various team members
• Install, maintain, test, and troubleshoot instrumentation, controls, and electrical/electronic systems
• Advise and train plant operators on analytical instrumentation and perform calibrations of analytical equipment

What you need:

• Minimum 2 years work experience in a technical field with direct involvement in equipment maintenance
• Demonstrated skills in: maintenance and trouble shooting of local and distributed control systems (microprocessor-based), and rotating equipment, as well as utilization of computerized maintenance management systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• E.P. Troubleshooting certification
• Physically able to climb, lift, and work at heights greater than 100 ft.
