Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work with performance media leadership team to define and execute performance marketing strategy across defined verticals.
- Build, manage, monitor and execute the performance marketing strategy across defined verticals.
- Work with various stakeholders across global offices to align with business goals.
- Lead with best performance marketing practices, and continuously improve marketing opportunities across the verticals.
- Holistically approach all paid marketing channels and align those efforts cross functionally across Forbes.
- Provide regular reporting for related KPIs.
- Conduct performance reviews and work with direct reports on career development.
- Strong experience in performance marketing in a data-driven environment.
- Team player with all-hands-on-deck attitude and an entrepreneurial mind-set.
- Home Services or SMB vertical experience good to have but not essential.
- Ability to lead and further build out a team.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking.
- Ability to quickly leverage data and actionable decisions.
- Strong communication, organizational and collaboration skills.
- Experience with A/B testing, optimization, and constant iteration.
- Proficient with Excel.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
