Must have 1 Year High Rise experience

Must have 1 Years CCTV (Closed-circuit television) experience

Must been flexible (able to work Any Scheduled and Any Day)

Qualifications, Skills and Education:

Must possess a current Guard Card

Must have Covid-19 vaccination before first day of employment.

2 year of security experience

Ability to read, write and understands and carries out written orders, policies, procedures, and instructions.

Demonstrate a positive attitude, outstanding customer service skills, and take initiative in completing assigned tasks.

Willing to accept shift work, overnight, weekends, holidays, and overtime if needed.

Reliable transportation

Friendly and professional demeanor

Able to pass a drug test and background check

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Officer Responsibilities May Include:

Possess and maintain a valid State Guard Registration (guard card)

Conduct patrols, alone and with a partner.

Patrol and maintain general security of assigned property as described in Post Orders.

Utilize a smart phone or similar device to maintain a Daily Activity Report and create Incident and Facility Maintenance Reports.

Maintain consistent performance, attendance, uniform appearance, and professional grooming.

Maintain professional communications with clients and colleagues.

Respond to emergency calls including medical, fire and damage to property.
