Our commercial office building is in need of a full time Security Guard to work the overnight shift (12:00am to 8am). The successfully hired candidate will possess professional appearance and excellent customer service skills to interact with tenants, visitors and employees daily, prepare written report of security issues that may take place and report suspicious behavior to supervisor and law enforcement as needed. This is not an armed security position but Certification as a Security Guard is preferred. Will assist with general maintenance duties sporadically, as needed: painting, dry wall, bulb replacement, minor electrical. Must be able to follow directions, write reports and verbally communicate in the English language, Spanish helpful but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
