The Kansas City Steak, a National Beef Company, is hiring friendly professionals for a seasonal digital customer service position. Multiple full-time and part-time, day and evening shift positions are now available. What will you do? The digital customer service team processes customer questions and helps to resolve customer service issues / complaints through e-mail, chat, and social media platforms.

Sound like you? Positions begin in September and run through the end of the Holiday Season, and are located at our Northland office (airport location.)

Seasonal Digital Customer Service Representatives will receive a base pay rate of $18.00 per hour.

• Weekly Perfect Attendance Bonus of an additional $2.00 per hour
• End of the season Perfect Attendance bonus!

Call center experience is preferred.

Seasonal Digital Customer Service responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Handle inbound emails and chats, providing optimal customer experience using all resources to ensure single contact resolution
• Assist customers with order issues and resolve in a quick, efficient manner while delivering exemplary service
• Provide customer assistance with web orders
• No inbound or outbound calls
• Other duties as assigned

Qualified Candidates for the Seasonal Digital Customer Service Position should possess the following:

• Computer proficient, with a strong practical skill level of data entry software
• Ability to work flexible work schedule including some weekends and holidays. Possible overtime during December peak season
• Ability to use e-mail, chat and social media to address the needs of our customers
• Ability to provide order support, solutions & additional product information
• Strong desire and passion to help and serve others
• High level of confidence, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with customers and co-workers
