SUMMARY

The Scheduled Maintenance Manager will be managing maintenance activities for Nexamp and third-party-owned solar photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage system (BESS) infrastructure. The position will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating with existing subcontractors, as well as onboarding new subcontractors all in various markets across U.S. The position will also interact with designers, project managers, electricians, and Nexamp Energy Center (NEC). The manager will thoroughly review maintenance documentation for anomalies and track/complete follow-up repair as needed. In addition, this position will assist in equipment warranty documentation and claims. Return merchandise authorizations (RMA), and insurance claims.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitate scheduled maintenance of PV equipment and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
Manage site maintenance to include vegetation, access roads, security systems, etc.
Coordinate with existing subcontractors, researches and onboards new subcontractors.
Coordinate Owner Engineer inspections for site turnover.
Review maintenance documentation for completion and anomalies, track/complete follow-up repair as needed.
Procure materials and equipment as needed.
Maintain thorough understanding of Company, vendor, partner and subcontractor capabilities.
Complete Return merchandise authorizations (RMA), and insurance claims.

QUALIFICATIONS

Highly developed skillset in PV related maintenance, electrical and general construction.
Thorough understanding of PV principles, AC and DC electrical characteristics.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Office skills including Microsoft, data acquisition systems, and remote computing; experience with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred.
Drivers license in good standing.
5-years' experience in PV maintenance.
