Audi of Middleburg Heights is looking for a full-time Customer Service Scheduling Coordinator.

What we're looking for:

The right candidate is an enthusiastic individual who is self motivated, detail oriented with the ability to multi-task. Being one of the faces of our organization this person should have strong people and communication skills. Automotive systems we work through are CDK and Time Highway, experience is preferred but not required.

Job Duties will include:

• Scheduling service appointments
• Booking loaner agreements
• Greeting and directing our guests
• Book keeping (invoicing, filing).
• Other admin duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Willingness to take initiative
• Computer literacy
• Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily
• Professional appearance
• Ability to work independently
• BDC experience is helpful, but not required
