Scenic Design Carpenter / Facility Manager

Summary: Responsible for the set design (per approval of Stage Director) and construction of all sets for Muskogee Little Theatre productions and special events. Works in partnership with the stage director, ensuring productions are of the highest standards and follow the mission of the organization. Recruit, train, and supervise all volunteers for set construction workdays. As Facility Manager, manages day to day facility needs and oversees facility maintenance. Advising on general schedules, set budgets and play selection committee. This position reports to the Executive Director. Personal Requirements: Must be organized and work well with others. Be able to multi-task and prioritize duties to accomplish jobs within specified deadlines. Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be able to work with different personalities and different volunteer skill levels. This position is a full-time position to average 40 hours per week.
